Required Training

To gain access to Charlotte, you first have to pass training on the basics of a content management system, which includes accessibility issues related to the CSU's Accessible Technology Initiative.

Tutorials

We encourage new users to learn the Charlotte system by working through the tutorials, which provide a comprehensive introduction to designing and maintaining your web site.

Group Training

We will gladly conduct a 90-minute training session for your group of 6 - 20 upon request. Please contact Strategic Communications for more details.

Technology Open Lab

We invite Charlotte users who have completed the basic tutorials to take advantage of the Technology Open Lab, which cover all aspects of technology solutions at CSUMB, including Charlotte.

They offer individualized help with site creation, transition, maintenance, and improvement. There's no need to make a reservation, so just come for a few minutes, or stay for two hours.
